Pooru Soba
This is a quick lunch time meal, though nattou is recommended to be eaten in the evening to help prevent blood clots arteries over night. Traditionally tororo soba is a cold [ summer dish] with ground/grated mountain yam over the top, but I haven’t found that in Australia.
