Hakubaku Soba noodles with Sundried Tomatoes and Roasted Garlic
SERVES: 2 DIFFICULTY: Easy
A fusion dish – shades of the Mediterranean. Making good use of what’s in the pantry.
180g Hakubaku Organic Soba noodles
2-3 tbsp Stir-through Sundried tomatoes and roasted garlic sauce
salt and pepper (to taste)
1. Cook Hakubaku Soba Noodles as directed on the packet.
2. Remove from boiling water, rinse well under tap with cold water.
3. Reheat noodles by pouring boiled kettle water over them in a sieve.
4. Return to empty saucepan, stir through with 2-3 tbs of Stir Through sundried tomatoes & roasted garlic and serve. Season with a little salt & pepper to taste.
