1/2 packet Hakubaku Organic Soba noodles
1/2 cup frozen stirfry mix
1/2 stock cube, low salt (any flavour)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp mirin seasoning
Better than 2-minute Noodles
Boil noodles in about 500mL of water containing dissolved stock cube, then when nearly cooked, add frozen veg. When cooked, add the remaining ingredients and serve. To poshen it up a bit, chilli, coriander, fried shallots can be added.
