Ramen with Fresh Tuna and Sprouts
SERVES: 3 DIFFICULTY: Easy
Fresh tuna is delish! Wasabi paste gives a great kick.
270g Hakubaku Organic Ramen noodles
3 fillets (small) fresh tuna
1 tbsp soy sauce (to taste)
2 tspn wasabi paste (to taste)
2 tsps brown sugar (to taste)
75-100g alfalfa sprouts
1.cook the Hakubaku ramen noodles according to packet directions. Then drain.
2. Sear the tuna for 30 seconds on each side or to taste.
Meanwhile mix wasabi soy sauce and brown sugar together until it tastes perfect to your liking.
3.slice the tuna in slices and arrange amongst 3 bowls with Hakubaku ramen noodles alfalfa’s and dressing. Stir to combine.
and enjoy with tuna.
