Oyster Soy Chicken with Soba noodles

90g Hakubaku Organic Soba noodles
200g chicken breast
1 cup mixed vegies, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds


Oyster Soy Chicken with Soba noodles


1. Heat oil in fry pan and add sliced veggies
2. cook until veggies are soft
3. cut chicken breast into 2cm pieces then add to fry pan, cook until brown
4. add soba noodles to hot water
5. add oyster sauce and soy sauce to fry pan, stir through
6. drain noodles and place in bowl
7. top with chicken, veggies and remaining sauce out of fry pan
8. top with seseme seeds and serve hot.
