Hakubaku Udon Chilli Tuna and Vegetable stir fry

Great flavours to mix and match – easy to halve if not so many people
2 x 270g Hakubaku Organic Udon
2 x 185g Sirena Chilli Tuna
1/2 Cabbage (thinly sliced)
Mint (desired amount)
Basil (desired amount)
Bean sprouts (desired amount)
Spring onions (finely chopped for garnish)
Coriander (finely chopped for garnish)
Prepare Hakubaku Organic as per the packet instructions for 8 minutes. Rinse, drain and set aside.
Drain the oil from tuna and place in pan. Once heated, add cabbage.
Cook cabbage till desired texture. Add tuna, mint, bean sprouts and basil.
When all mixed together, add noodles. Toss until all heated through. This can be done in smaller portions if preferred. Or if pan is not big enough.
This needs no seasoning as the noodles have an amazing taste already.
Ready to serve with chopped spring onions and coriander to garnish.
