1 bundle of Hakubaku Soba noodle
1 packet of nattou ( available from many Asian food stores)
1 teaspoon of savoury yeast flakes, optional bonito flakes for non-vegan
mayonnaise [eggless vegan version is available in some shops].
Prepare the Hakubaku Soba noodle as per the packet directions and place in a bowl.
Add a packet of nattou
Sprinkle a teaspoon of savoury yeast flakes or bonito flakes if preferred and topped with mayonnaise
This is a quick lunch time meal, though nattou is recommended to be eaten in the evening to help prevent blood clots arteries over night.
