Soba Noodles with Sesame Seed Dressing and Vegetables

Ingredients
270g Hakubaku soba noodles
70g Sesame seeds (toasted)
30ml Balsamic vinegar
10g Sugar
40ml Soy sauce
1 clove Garlic (minced)
5ml Dark sesame oil
5 Spring onions (finely sliced, diagonally)
275g Small broccoli florets

Method
STEP ONE:SESAME SEDD SAUCE
In a large mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and spring onion.
Set aside.
STEP TWO:SOBA NOODLES
Cook the noodles according to packet instructions.
Drain well, then add to sauce along with the sesame seeds.
Toss gently to combine.
Add broccoli florets and allow dish to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
STEP THREE:SERVING
Place noodle mixture onto a serving platter and serve.
