Soba Noodle Shrimp Salad
SERVES: 6 DIFFICULTY: Medium
Lovely, simple summer salad that is a sure hit!
INGREDIENTS
4 bundles of Hakubaku soba noodles (1 and a third packs)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 thai chili finely chopped
1/4 cup low sodium soya sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup sliced green onion
24 cooked shrimp
4 tbsp black sesame seeds
4 tbsp cilantro

METHOD
Cook noodles as per package directions then combine with all ingredients up to the shrimp and top with the sesame seeds and the cilantro. Serve chilled |product-recipe
