Shoyu Ramen Soup

Ingredients
• 6oz Hakubaku Ramen Noodles
• 3 cup Chicken Soup stock
• 1 tsp Salt, or to taste
• 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
For toppings
• Spring Onion, chopped
• Nori (dried seaweed)
• Barbeque Pork slices
• Bamboo shoot
• Spinach, shredded spinach
Shoyu Ramen Soup
Method
Step 1
Heat chicken stock then bring to a boil. Add salt to taste and soy sauce.
Step 2
Simmer for four minutes while preparing Ramen Noodles as per packet instructions.
Step 3
Place Ramen in four bowls. Pour stock over Ramen noodles.
Step 4
Place toppings, such as sliced barbeque pork, bamboo shoot or nori. Season to taste.
