Shoyu Ramen Soup
SERVES: 4 DIFFICULTY: Easy COOKING TIME: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- 6oz Hakubaku Ramen Noodles
- 3 cup Chicken Soup stock
- 1 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
For toppings
- Spring Onion, chopped
- Nori (dried seaweed)
- Barbeque Pork slices
- Bamboo shoot
- Kamaboko
- Spinach, shredded spinach
METHOD
Step 1
Heat chicken stock then bring to a boil. Add salt to taste and soy sauce.
Step 2
Simmer for four minutes while preparing Ramen Noodles as per packet instructions.
Step 3
Place Ramen in four bowls. Pour stock over Ramen noodles.
Step 4
Place toppings, such as sliced barbeque pork, bamboo shoot or nori. Season to taste.
