
Sesame Somen Salad w/ Smoked Salmon
SERVES: 4 DIFFICULTY: Medium COOKING TIME: 2 minutes
Simple flavours make for superb feasts – smoked salmon for the win!

INGREDIENTS
- 270g Hakubaku Somen Noodles
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 Spring Onions, Sliced
- ¼ cup Chopped Coriander
- 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 180g Smoked Salmon slices, roughly chopped
METHOD
- Cook Hakubaku Organic Somen as per pack instructions. Drain, rinse and drain again.
- Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
- Add the noodles, spring onions, coriander, cucumbers, and salmon. Toss gently to combine.
- Divide the noodle salad between four serving plates and serve.
