Japanese Soba Noodle Salad

1 bundle Hakubaku Organic Soba noodles
6 cherry tomatoes
1 chicken breast, cooked
6 cucumber slices
2 tsp Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste


Japanese Soba Noodle Salad


Cook Hakubaku Soba noodles for 4 minutes in boiling water. Once cooked drain under cold running water untill noodles are cold. Once noodles are cold place noodles into a bowl and add 6 cherry tomatoes halved, 1 chicken breast chopped into cubes, 6 slices of cucumber and 2 teaspones of Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise. Mix well, add Salt and Pepper to taste, and Enjoy.

Time 10 minutes from preparation to eat.
