400g Pork fillets
3tbsp Hoi sin sauce
1/2tsp Five spice powder
1 litre Chicken stock
270g Hakubaku ramen noodles
3 Spring onions (chopped)
3 handfuls Bok choy (chopped)
12 pieces Canned bamboo shoots (drained & chopped)
1 handful Coriander (chopped)
Honey-roasted Pork with Ramen Noodles
STEP ONE HONEY-ROASTED PORK
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Place the pork on a roasting tray and coat with hoi sin sauce and five spice powder.
Roast for approx. 25 minutes.
Pour over honey and roast further 5 minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes and slice thinly.
Cook the noodles according to packet instructions.
Drain and divide between 4 serving bowls.
STEP TWO:CHICKEN STOCK
Heat the chicken stock to simmer.
Add spring onions and bok choy.
Ladle stock and vegetables over noodles.
Top with bamboo shoots and coriander.
Place the honey-roasted pork on top and serve.
