Hakubaku Udon and Chilli Tuna
SERVES: 6 DIFFICULTY: Easy
Delicious and easy. Works with any tuna and veggies. But my family’s favorite is chilli tuna and purple cabbage.
INGREDIENTS
2x270g Udon
2x185g Sirena Chilli Tuna
Cabbage (as much as you like)
Mint (as much as you like)
Basil (as much as you like)
Bean sprouts (as much as you like)
METHOD
Step 1
Boil a pot of water. Add noodles. 8 minutes
Step 2
Strain noodles. Run under cold water.
Step 3
Use oil from tuna and place in pan. Once heated, add cabbage.
Step 4
Cook cabbage till desired texture. Add tuna, mint and basil.
Step 5
When all mixed together. Add noodles. Toss until all heated through. This can be done in smaller portions if preferred. Or if pan is not big enough.
Step 6
Place portion in bowl. Finish off with chopped spring onions and coriander if desired.
