Hakubaku Coleslaw

SERVES: 4  DIFFICULTY: Medium 

INGREDIENTS

270g Hakubaku Organic Ramen noodles
1/2 green cabbage, finely sliced
1/2 red cabbage, finely sliced
1 cup spring onions, cut into rounds
1/2 cup sesame seeds, lightly dry-toasted in frying pan
1/4 cup almonds, lightly dry-toasted in frying pan
DRESSING
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp canola oil
1/4 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

Method:

1 Cook Hakubaku Organic Ramen for three minutes in boiling water, to retain some texture.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and add dressing just before serving.
