Cold pork slices with Soba noodles and garlic sauce

270g Hakubaku Soba noodles (cooked & cooled)
2 Small pork fillets (trimmed and sliced thin)
2 stalks Spring onions (angle thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Fresh ginger (grated)
2 tbsp Rice wine
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Dark soy
1 tsp Chilli oil
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tsp Sugar
½ cup Coriander sprigs

Cold pork slices with Soba noodles and garlic sauce


Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 8 minutes

1. Combine together the raw pork slices, spring onions, ginger, rice wine and olive oil. Pre heat a grill pan and quickly grill on both sides until just cooked and spread out slices onto the four plates.

2. Present the cooked chilled noodles over the pork slices.

3. Combine together the garlic, soy, Mirin, sugar and chilli oil. Toss in the noodles, coat well and place neatly onto the pork slices. Garnish with the coriander sprigs.
