
Garlicky Chicken Ramen
SERVES: 4 DIFFICULTY: Easy COOKING TIME: 15 minutes
All the garlicky goodness!

INGREDIENTS
- 270 Hakubaku Organic Ramen
- 3 chicken thighs, bite-sized dice.
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup mirin
- 2 or 3 tbsp sugar (use less if you don’t like it too sweet)
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 spring onions, sliced diagonally
- 4 eggs, medium boiled and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- nori for garnishing
- dried chilli flakes (optional)
METHOD
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, chicken stock and garlic together and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, reduce heat and add chicken. Cook gently until done.
- Add the sauce mix to the frying pan and bring it to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 2 minutes.
- Prepare Hakubaku Organic Ramen as per pack instructions, drain.
- Add Ramen to the frying pan and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with sesame oil.
- Place noodle/sauce mix in each serving bowl with spring onions, two egg halves and shredded nori.
Optional: A sprinkle of chilli flakes gives a nice hit of heat if you like.
