Soba with tomato and Salmon
SERVES: 4 DIFFICULTY: Easy
Two facets of tomatos make for a tasty dish
INGREDIENTS
270g Habaku Organic Soba Noodles
200g Sliced Salmon
2 Red Tomato cut into pieces and blend
1 Potato grated and blend
1 Green Onion finely slice
1 Garlic Smashed
100ml of Tomato Sauce
Dressing:
1/2 Lime Juice
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Ground Red Paprika
Add salt, pepper & Rosemary
METHOD
Step 1
Prepare Hakubaku organic Soba Noodles as per the packet directions.
Step 2
In a frying pan stir fry the Garlic until the aroma comes out then put the Tomato, Potato, Green Onion & Tomato Sauce. Stir fry for about 5minutes add salt, pepper, rosemary & paprika.
Step 3
Clean the pan, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and heat the pan in medium heat. Put the Salmon 2-3mins flip the other side. And served.
Add 1/2 Lime Juice into the serving bowl.
