Tuna Soba Salad Lunch

INGREDIENTS
270g Hakubaku Organic Soba noodles
1 tuna, drained (med or large can)
1 cucumber, thinly sliced / julienned
1 can corn kernals, drained
1 spring onion, julienned
sesame seeds, toasted
Dressing
2 tbs mayonaise
1-2 tbs soy sauce
1 lime, juice and zest
1 tsp sesame oil

METHOD
Cook, drain and rinse the Hakubaku Organic Soba noodles.
Combine dressing ingredients.
Combine the Soba, flaked tuna, cucumber, corn, and spring onions.
Gently coat with the dressing.
Top with toasted sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy
