Ramen stir fry

This recipe is so quick, easy and healthy which is why it has become a family favorite

INGREDIENTS

270g Ramen noodles
Vegetable oil
500g rump steak thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic peeled and finely sliced
1 piece of green ginger (thumb sized)
1 large red chilli finely sliced
200g bean sprouts
soy sauce
sesame oil
juice of 1/2 lime
1 red capsicum finely sliced
handful of snow peas
handful of baby corn
6 spring onions sliced
bunch of coriander chopped
