1 packet Hakubaku Organic Somen noodles
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, crushed
500gm chicken thigh fillets, chopped
3-4 stalks celery, broken in half, some leaves
5-6 spring onions
2 litres water
Easy saliciates free chicken noodle soup
Fry the crushed garlic in the butter, add the chicken, spring onions and celery and give a quick swoosh around then add the water.
Gently simmer for 45mins or until chicken is cooked and falling apart.
Remove spring onions and celery and bring back to the boil and add the noodles cook until noodles are just tender.
Add salt to taste and serve.
