90g Hakubaku Organic Soba noodles
250ml low salt prepared chicken stock
100g cooked chicken, chopped
50g corn kernals (fresh or tinned)
1 tbpn or to taste chilli paste (or chopped chilli)
1 tbsp miso paste
2 shallots, chopped

Method

Method

1. Boil and drain noodles as per packet instructions.
2. Heat chicken stock, add chicken pieces, corn kernels, chilli paste and miso paste and stir well.
3. Add noodles to stock mixture.
4. Serve topped with shallots
