Ingredients card / Shopping list

270g Ramen noodles
Vegetable oil
500g rump steak thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic peeled and finely sliced
1 piece of green ginger (thumb sized)
1 large red chilli finely sliced
200g bean sprouts
soy sauce
sesame oil
juice of 1/2 lime
1 red capsicum finely sliced
handful of snow peas
handful of baby corn
6 spring onions sliced
bunch of coriander chopped

Serves 4 adults

Step 1

Cook noodles in boiling water for 3 mins until just tender, drain and set aside

Step 2

In a large pan add oil, beef slices, garlic, ginger, chillies, and all other veges, soysauce, sesame oil and lime juice. Return noodles to pan, toss and top with spring oinions and coriander
