¼ cup Lime juice
¼ cup Light soy sauce
¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Freshly grated ginger
1 tsp Sambal Oelek
1 tbsp Sesame seed oil
2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
4 x 100g Fresh salmon portions
30ml Extra virgin olive oil
3 cups Green and butter beans (split longways & steamed)
270g Hakubaku Ramen noodles (cooked)
½ cup Sliced spring onions

Flavour is King when it comes to Salmon - ginger and lime work a treat.
1. Combine together in a bowl, the dressing ingredients and mix well.
2. Heat a fry pan and add the extra virgin olive oil. Add the Salmon portions and grill until just medium rare.
3. Plunge the cooked noodles back into boiling water for 10 seconds and drain well. Toss in a large bowl with half of the dressing and place onto 4 plates.
4. Boil or steam the split beans for 1 minute and place onto the noodles. Present the salmon portions on top and finish with a scattering of sliced spring onions and the remainder of the dressing.
